As a company that has been in business for over 40 years and is known as a leader in the industry we do not have different pricing for different clients. I can 100% confirm that we do not charge people based on their knowledge of a home, rather our pricing is based off of square footage and age of the property we are looking at and is comparable to other companies with similar experience and service in our industry.
