We are soooo thrilled with the incredible job that Carrocel has done for us. We had very high-end custom furniture from the 1950's in very bad condition - John promised us an exact duplicate of the original detailed handiwork and he did not let us down - the couch, loveseat and 2 tub chairs are exactly as they were when they were new! Carrocel has been the model of professionalism and excellent service! John worked patiently with me and my busy and changing schedule, and always answered emails or phone calls promptly! The desk top was picked up exactly as promised. To my delight, the finished product was returned to me some 3 weeks ahead of the time initially quoted by Carrocel, in order to accommodate our family summertime commitments. My wife and I were thrilled with the finished product!! It was better-if that's possible- than it was when we bought it NEW at a very high end furniture store!!!

John and the staff of Carrocel Restorations handled our claim in a very professinal manner. They were, knowledgable about furniture and very helpful when it came to decision making about what fabric to use on our dining room chairs. Our furniture was restored beautifully, and returned to us in a timely manner.

Carrocel should know about the compliments I get on the two plum-burgundy leather armchairs in my study. I am a perfectionist (my nickname is Sheldon from the Big Bang Theory sitcom) and I can't find a single nailhead that is misaligned. I've had work done by Carrocel prior to this and it was excellent but Joe et al outdid themselves this round. Note: I finally got to take pictures of the "after" so here they are. I've also added a picture of the sumptuous sideboard they did for me.

Everyone I dealt with at Carrocel was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. John, who did the refinishing work, described the process clearly and made valid recommendations based on his years of experience. The two pieces are now stunning. I wouldn't go anywhere else to restore furniture I care about.

As a result of a flood in my home my antique swan chairs had extensive water damage to the fabrics and cushions. Carrocel was the original craftsman of the chairs. When I called to see of they could help me they quickly provided me with a very accurate estimate and provided quick pickup of the chairs. When I went on site to select my fabrics the staff were very helpful selecting a vintage appropriate fabric that would enhance the chairs value. The chairs were refurbished completely with impeccable craftsmanship and excellence. They were completed and deliverd to my home ahead of schedule and exactly on quote. I was thrilled with the end result and would recommend their services without hesitation. Thank you Carrocel!
