excellent customer service and at least 30% less from the lowest quote we received. The wood flooring , the carpet and underpad are excellent quality. My home looks beautiful. The installer, George, was excellent. He did such a fabulous job. Miguel who we dealt with at the Carpet Store was so kind, knowledgable, accommodating and relaxed. A very positive experience.

We were really happy with the service, the staff seems very knowledgeable, and were pleasant to deal with. The only problem is that the carpet seems to have staples sticking up along the edge of the stairs. Not sure why, we need to contact them (haven't yet) to find out why this is so. Other then that, we were very happy with everyone involved!
