We've had our air ducts cleaned in the past - but evidence confirmed they were cleaned poorly. Robert was extremely thorough at explaining the cleaning process along with pointing out his findings. He was a 1 man team and completed our home in about 2 1/2 hours. For an extra cost, he even cleaned our central vac system - as good as new. We experienced a slight problem after his departure, not his doing, but a testament to his true professionalism as he did his best to get us in touch with individuals who could assist us.
