Canadian Choice

On September 7th and 8th 2023, Canadian Choice Windows and Doors came to do my Artic Insulation and windows and were fully paid before I will get Government interest free loan.
On November I started experiencing mouldlike looks on my ceiling which has never been prior to the Artic insulation. I sent an email to the company with pictures for an urgent attention considering the health of my kids and my wife.
Canadian Choice Windows and Doors almost trivialize the call for urgent attention until I had to be though. Fast forward, this company has been posting me and would not be responsive to the complaint. They eventually sent in a technician who told us the Artic was not properly done and that urgent fix is required and they apologized to us for the inconvenience tgat the vents were all blocked and no vent for air to go out. But surprisingly, when Canadian Choice Windows responded to us, they hinged on the fact that the problem was caused by excessive humidity and advised we buy a dehumidifier and the problem will be fixed. We did get a dehumidifier and it's getting worse still. I have been going back and forth with this company, spoken to some of their managers like Ryan, Mike all incharge of Insulation department in the company . Called consumer care and teams meeting will be scheduled with me and management and they would not show up.
I have tendered a complaint to BBB and they promised to take care of the issue and no one has ever called me on this.
Currently, I am considering a legal action with my lawyer and I have exhausted all options at thus point.
Funny enough, I still have not received my Government interest free loan and this same company Forwarded the wrong payment receipt to my underwriter and the loans Department advised I get the right invoice otherwise a lesser amount will be approved fir my loan. Its been a very bad experience with Canadian Choice Windows and Doors.

The sales process was easy and seamless. Inna was great support, professional and gave us all the background information needed in order to make a good decision. The installation took one day for 12 windows and a door. Quality of the windows is very apparent. The installation went quickly and the installation technicians were awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

Our experience with Canadian Choice has been great. Our Canadian Choice rep, Vince, was very informative and always quick to respond to questions. He was also very accommodating to our requests. The installation team led by Boris were also great. They were all very friendly and easy to work with, answering any questions that we had along the way. They made sure to clean everything up after the work was completed which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend Canadian Choice for any window replacement needs.

We needed new windows for our home, and Canadian Choice came highly recommended from a colleague, needless to say we were not disappointed. The sales representative Tony was very knowledge and helped us make the right choices for selecting the windows we need and some pretty cool features that we wanted as well. Tony was very patient and understanding with us, as we did have to make some changes to our order which they were able to accommodate for us. The quality of the windows and the competitive prices make them them right choice for windows. I highly recommend Canadian Choice Windows & Doors!

Very seamless and professional experience. Our sales rep Joe was excellent in laying out the details, including the warranty, and accomodating a later install to meet our needs. We had 10 windows and one sliding door to be replaced and are all measured perfectly and installed great! Would highly recommend!

From start to finish the process was clear, concise and competitive. I shopped around and found them to be best value: cheap and windows is not a good combo. I found sales person Cody to be very friendly and informative. Process with Oleg, site supervisor, was impressive. He and crew were friendly and very clean. After install, they took time to explain and show windows. I found their kind attitude to be very welcoming. When you pay for a service it is these extra things that are valuable. In this climate, it is important companies take pride which this one does!
