The person who we dealt with his name is Stan. He is a very friendly and nice and kind and helpful person. He is very knowledgeable. He tried his best for us and made us feel that we are getting the best for the best price. The person who installed the windows and our front door his name is Simon. Very nice person also and very efficient. I recommend this company.

The price we were quoted by Alexander was very good. The product is excellent and the installers Gena and Marat were absolutely first rate. They were very efficient, the windows look great, and they left no mess whatsoever. In all I couldn't recommend them nor the business highly enough.

This company gave me a lifetime warranty that they didn't keep. The windows were bad quality and they started to leak. I called them back and they fixed it promptly but it was too much hassle.

We had all the windows and front door replaced. Extremely satisfied with the project. Our sales Stan and installer Simon are professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this company.

I think that Mike our salesman was very informative and patient. The installers Yuri and Greg were very professional gentlemen, and very tidy while they were working. They cleaned everything up very nicely after they were done. I have recommended Canadian Choice Windows to two people already.

Extremely professional and friendly service from Oliver, our sales rep. He was very attentive and conducted an assessment of the work when it was completed. Victor and Paul did a fantastic job with the installation. They finished the job in less than a full day, and yet took time to get all the details right. Kevin Steer was our first contact, as sales representative, with Canadian Choice Windows. He made all the arrangements to have Jason and Serge do the installations. In all cases, the men were very punctual...sometimes even early. Although the price appeared high, the quality of the workmanship, and the end results, justified the price. The installers were very efficient, even in their clean-up afterwards. Even though the installers had to return another day, because the patio door was not ready the first time, they were all very likeable men. I have spoken with Kevin since the work was completed, and cannot tell you how much we enjoy our new windows!! We simply LOVE them!!!

We purchased our home with the intent to slowly renovate it. Part of this reno plan was to replace every window and every door, so we decided to split the replacement into 3 year intervals (3-4 windows a year).
Canadian Choice did work on two of my parent's homes, and they were very impressed with the work, so we decided to meet with Canadian Choice as well.
Marina was the sales rep we met with, and needless to say, she was fantastic. Marina was flexible, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with.
We decided to proceed with Canadian Choice and were not dissapointed. The crew was timely, clean, polite, and most importantly, did an AMAZING job! One of the most impressive things I found about Canadian Choice was that once they committed to dates (like for the initial appointment, measurements, then installation), they stuck to it, and made sure that they fulfilled their commitments. I find some contractors to be wishy-washy at times, but these guys were not!
By the way, throughout all of our installations, Marina was always following up with us to make sure we were satisfied, and checking on whether we had any questions, concerns, etc... Excellent customer service!
We just finished our third and last install and again, we're very pleased with the results.
I've already referred some family members to Canadian Choice, and will continue to do so for anyone looking to replace their windows and doors!
