I was extremely happy with Oliver, he is such a nice man. I did not feel pressured with him at all when he initially came to my home. I explained I would have to think about it and he was very understandable, unlike other companies who try to pressure you.
I then decided to go with this company for windows.
The communication from the office and the installer's where not great. I had to call on numerous occasions to find out when these windows were going to be installed. Even when the installer was too come and look at my windows he was late and didn't bother to call me to let me know. Being in the field of customer service I do believe this company needs to work on their organization skills better, and communication to their clients. My windows are now installed, the installers had all of them done in a day and I cant be happier. What a difference!! They are quick and everything was cleaned up nicely.

We surveyed several other companies, and even though 1 company came in with a lower price, we were most impressed by Canadian Choice Window and Doors' sales person, Olga Poloanskikh. Olga's knowledge and presentation convinced us that her product and service were superior, and she was correct. The installers were prompt and efficient, and now we have the most beautiful doors and windows to enhance our little home.

Canadian Choice Windows and Doors has been our choice between four other installers. Alex P. has been very helpful and provided us with best choice in regards of our budget and windows options. We were very pleased with very detailed, clean and professional installation provided by Alex crew. Replacement included 1 bay window, 2 large windows, 1 small window (washroom) and 2 sliding doors (walk out basement/deck). The work took less than 7hrs. and we were very impressed by the finished product. This is by far very competitive company with great pricing and superior service. Needed all new windows on a 20 year old home. Included 12 windows and a sliding back door. Researched and received quotes from 5 window companies. Did not go with the highest and or lowest. Looked more for quality and commitment. I have always been a believer that you get what you pay for. Well I have certainly received that. I have been very impressed with Canadian Choice windows from their window quality to their crew, iKevin in sales and Jeremy, Colin and Tim who installed them. They are professional courteous, clean and stand by their word. I would recommend to anyone to use Canadian Choice. I know anyone I talk to will get a good review.

I am very happy with the customer service Vladimir provided me, he went miles and miles to maintain good service and was quick to return my phone calls. Communication was always there which was nice. The installation team was great and very efficient, they did a wonderful job and a complete clean up afterwards. My new windows and doors look great and I am very pleased with Canadian Choice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Glad a company of this standard and service is out there.
