We ordered 3 doors almost 5 months ago and they still have not been installed properly. There was a series of delays and one of the doors plus some parts from the other doors came in damaged once again.
This is, however, not our main concern, as things happen. The way our local office has been dealing with the situation is what prompted this review. One of the frames was installed despite the fact that is was damaged in several places and on top of that the installers finished the thresholds with pieces of wood and told us it looked beautiful!
Our local office has been extremely difficult to deal with, they are not returning our phone calls and have not provided any information as to when the installers are coming back to correct their job. This is after we have ordered 20 windows and 3 doors with them!
A person who we placed both orders with suddenly became extremely difficult to reach and did not do anything to address our concerns.
Very disappointing.
We would not recommend this company to anyone.
