We contacted Flavio for assistance because we had issues with vehicles being parked indoors in our warehouse area that were causing water to pool on the floor from snow melt and rain after being driven and parked inside. Flavio assessed the situation and recommended the installation of a new trench drain system to collect runoff from the vehicles along with a sump pit and sump pump system to separate out any dirt, sand and sediment. Not only did he do an excellent job with the installation of trench drain and sump pump; but he went above and beyond to grind down certain areas of the concrete floor that were uneven to improve the slope to the new trench drain.
