Trane Air Conditioner (with ADP coil) & Trane Furnace
The installed air conditioner and furnace are working well. The installation team and management team are prompt in responding to phone calls, and open to discussing concerns and issues. The 16 Seer rating for the air conditioner was achieved with a Trane XR14 1.5 ton unit plus a bigger ADP coil - something I wish I had been informed of upfront. It took one month but eventually I got my 10-year parts and labour warranty paperwork as promised. Air conditioners and furnaces are durable machines. I hope I will be able to say they function well in 10 years from now. My old replaced air conditioner and furnace lasted more than 20 years, so I expect no less for the new ones.
