Neighbours of ours recommended Button's when we moved into a new house that needed a new furnace and AC unit. We weren't disappointed in the slightest. The salesperson (Ricardo) was thorough, friendly and walked us through the technical aspects of choosing one model of furnace/AC unit over another. The installation took place in about six hours and the crew was very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks Button's!

Buttons Heating replaced our furnace, air conditioner (heat pump) and hot water heater a couple of years ago. The sales rep knew his products, the installers were quick and clean, and I am happy to say the products we chose have been very reliable! You can't ask for a more friendly set of people either!

Looking to replace furnace and AC. Went to Home Depot and discovered Buttons Rep. Requested a quote and got a call in a couple of days. Ricardo was great to deal with and was very friendly and genuine. The experience was great and he looked at our house and talked about what we wanted. He then reviewed and recommended. After 1 and 1/2 weeks, we decided we would go with Buttons because they were a family owned business that had been around for over 30 years. They had great reviews and after meeting John and the other installers, I can see why. They were on time, efficient, clean and got the job done as promised. John went through the install, maintenance and setting up the thermostat. Ricardo then dropped by after the visit to see how it went. The new furnace is amazing and the quality of Trane was a big part in making the decision.

We were looking to replace the furnace in our new home and contacted a few companies for some quotes. We requested a quote through Home Depot and got a call from Button's. Craig Rodgers was sent over to give us a quote. After getting quotes from other sales people, getting one from Craig was a different experience all together. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We never felt pressured at any time and he took the time to answer my never-ending questions. The installation went very well and we are really happy we decided to get our furnace from Button's and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Button's Heating Inc. is fantastic! From the time our service rep came to our house to when the technicians came to install our new furnace. First, the rep (Ricardo) was patient, friendly, and accommodating. We couldn't ask for a better person to help explain the process. He had wonderful customer service skills. The technicians who installed our furnace, humidifier and thermostat were professional, fast, and clean. It's been over a week since we installed the furnace and this is the best purchase and investment for our home. I don't know why we didn't do it sooner. Thank you Button's Heating Inc! Gas leak detected and shut down by Enbridge. Called Buttons emergency service and Brian was at door within an hour, unlike other company that did not respond at all. Brian was, courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable of his task. Thank you Brian, your returning us to heat was much appreciated.

TOP NOTCH SO FAR! We needed to replace our 13 year old central air unit. We decided to do it this fall ('13). We researched makes and models for our needs and quality. We looked at various product reviews. I decided on Trane before I contacted service companies. I got a few quotes. Having done my homework, Ricardo (sales rep) understood what I was looking for and suggested his best unit deal for our two-townhouse space. I asked for an exact and final price quote. Ricardo agreed. He knew his business and made a solid offer. The installation date happened very quickly - within a week. John and his install team were punctual, friendly and informative of their process. Always one to learn and I ask questions - John was very comfortable with that. They were efficient, informative and clean in their installation process. In placing the new unit to the side of our house, instead of the original spot on the back patio, they did a very neat job of extending the lines from the back to side, keeping them as well hidden as possible. A great team altogether. I would highly recommend them. They were sure to say there would be a free follow up in the spring to check the unit in use.

Ricardo Province was a consummate salesman. He was incredible at putting all my worries to rest. The installation had couple of hiccups. More communication between the seller and installation team would be good. In the end? All problems solved and all promises kept. My house is warrrrrmmmmm.

After renting my water heater for years, I finally decided to stop renting, and buy a new tank outright. Buttons install crew (Jonathan and Mike N) were amazing. Not only were they very personable and funny, they weren't bad on the eyes either. They arrived on time and laid out drop sheets the entire way to the furnace room. They were very professional and explained everything to me. I could not be happier with their service. When it comes time to change out my furnace and air conditioner I know who to call: BUTTONS

This is my first experience purchasing a home furnace. Burton's rep Craig Rodgers is exceptionally knowledgeable and efficient. It didn't matter what day or time it was, Craig always replied to my email (s).
My area service rep Brian is also excellent.
