Katie did a wonderful, thorough check up on our air conditioner & our gas furnace. She cleaned unit coils on the cooling system and reassured us that all was well with coolant levels. Even though it is the middle of August, we also had our aging gas furnace checked, cleaned and verified safe for our upcoming fall/winter season. It's a comfort to know we are set for winter with Button's professional technicians. Thanks, Katie, for also confirming we have carbon monoxide detectors in place.

Todd was very helpful in explaining the different types of furnaces and ac to me which made my decision a lot easier to make. Edras came and resolved a small gas leak in the furnace. He also found one near the stove using his meter. Very kind and professional. I'll be calling them again when I need my gas line extended.
