We are very happy with the installation and the new equipment. A great team arrived at our house. Polite and friendly they started working right away. And, they worked right through to the end. I am very satisfied with the installers work including the metal work, piping, clean up and demonstration. I was also also asked questions before work was started, during the day and given a walk through review of everything before the workers left.
I had done my research ahead of time and I felt the best people for the job overall were Button's Heating. Photos and notes were taken of the job plan earlier so that when the workers arrived, they already knew exactly what they had to do and they also had all the equipment and pipes etc that they would need. So there were no delays. Even the person picking up the old furnace was there. Everything worked like clock work.
The workers are knowledgeable and friendly and they all get along and know their jobs well.
I am very happy with they Trane XC95m and Navien 210A. I have it mounted just underneath my bathroom and kitchen. Were really enjoying our new equipment. It's so quiet. I would easily recommend Button's Heating to a friend or family.
