I've been using BUR-HAN Lawn Care for 2 years and a few things that stand out immediately is there attention to detail and openness to feedback should I have a specific need or preference. I have been a client of Burhan for many years and I believe this company to be exceptional. The workmanship is always excellent; the workers are unfailingly polite, friendly and accommodating; the customer service is outstanding. These folk are clearly about client satisfaction. Their rates are reasonable and they are completely flexible about the services they provide. I pick the services I want from the packages they offer. They even give advice if I want to try and manage part of the lawn care myself. They NEVER cut our grass when it doesn’t need cutting. They send an email after each visit and sometimes it says that the grass length doesn’t warrant cutting. This year we got a message saying that the back yard shouldn’t be aerated because of its condition, so they refunded that portion of the cost. Frances, who answers the phone and emails, has a positive energy that radiates through the phone. I recommend Burhan to anyone lucky enough to live within their area.

We have used BUR-HAN for several years and find their service excellent, on time and efficient. Also, their office staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Our lawns look great and we highly recommend them.

They gave me an estimate first and when they showed up, they cleaned up our backyard lawn pretty good and very efficiently.
They also trimmed the shrubs and our tree. They cleaned up the back yard, walk ways and the front yard from all the debris as well. It seemed a bit expensive but they did the work to my satisfaction and fast, and most importantly without any headache.The customer service is also very good.
