Burglar Stop

Burglar Stop is a business in the basic same locale as our golf club so we had known about them for some time and decided to have them take over the monitoring of our place. Their fees are less than what we paid previously, which is why we changed. Plus, they they have great service in all aspects — they’re professional, informative and timely. And the people we dealt with — Rick, Michelle and Vince — were good people. We are pretty satisfied with Burglar Stop overall.

I’ve dealt with Burglar Stop on and off for many years, but most recently when we decided to get an upgrade I gave them a call. I talked with Ben quite a few times and we arranged for them to come out and check a system we already had. They were right on time for the appointment, made sure everything was working properly, and seemed to know what they were talking about. Overall everything went well.

We’ve been using Burglar Stop for close to 20 years now, we first heard about them through our parents who used them way back too, and we’re definitely satisfied with the security their systems provide. Their services are excellent. They have fine prices. We really have no complaints.

I shopped around a bit before deciding on Burglar Stop. While their prices weren’t the cheapest, they seemed to have the best approach all in all. Besides I would say their prices are fair for their services. They have been very responsive. And Dan was really helpful with the installation and everything. Although, there’s always room for improvement with any company, I’d rate them close to perfect.

Burglar Stop redid our alarm system so it would have monitoring and they were very good. The guy who we talked with and got it all set up was awesome, really informative. We really have no complaints about these guys and they also do the monitoring for our restaurant. Overall we’re quite satisfied with Burglar Stop.

I see their store pretty often when I’m just driving so I had known about Burglar Stop for a while. I decided to have them put in a security system and they were pretty great. Competitive prices, professional work, and everything was done on time. Dan handled it all more or less and I was happy with their services.

A friend of mine told us about Burglar Stop and said they have pretty good service, which is why we decided to go ahead and use them. Dan was the one we talked to. He was friendly, gave us all the information we needed, and he came out to our house for the installation. Even though our system wasn’t cheap, it was worth it because all the equipment is ours to keep, rather than with other companies that want it all back after your contract is up. So it was important to us to be able to own the equipment. Now it’s a part of our house, which is great.

Burglar Stop was really great—friendly and professional. The two guys that came and installed a system for us did a really good job. They finished in half the time they thought they would, and even though they ran into a couple obstacles they were able to figure it out pretty easily.

While just driving around we saw Burlar Stop’s store, and so we checked them out. We also did some research about them and some other home security providers, but we liked that Burlar Stop is local and family owned. They set up an alarm for the doors and garage as well as sensors on the main floor and sliding doors. They did a very good job. Even though we rushed them because we were leaving on holiday soon, they were careful to check that everything was okay. We were very happy with their services.
