Heard about Budget through a friend. Helpful customer service when ordering the bin. Delivery/Pick-up exactly as requested, placing wood under the bin to protect the driveway. Cost was less than anticipated.

My neighbour and I decided to clean out/up our homes of much accumulated stuff. We went online to find contractors with bin rentals and after calling several, we ended up with Budget. The service call person gave use good advice as to sizing (didn't need as big as we thought thus saved us money). They arrived before 8:30am and placed the bin where we wanted it...the rental was for a week but we finished early & didn't want the bin sitting around all week-end. A quick call to their dispatch and they showed up late Friday afternoon to remove it for us. Good overall experience.

Simple on-line booking, booked on Thursday delivered Friday. The bin was placed the way we requested. emailed a request to delay pick-up and was honoured without issue. Final billing was great as I expected it to round up to the next ton but it was up to 0.1 ton!
