Our new townhouse purchase was delayed over a month on a few days notice. Sales staff offered things like wrought iron fencing across the front of the property, but many items like this, although promised were never delivered as they were not on the plan filed with the City of Burlington, even though promised by the sales staff.
We were extremely happy with our new home as many upgrades were classed as standard and our house was beautiful.
But once we moved in, the followup on service was very poor, with either no returned phone calls or more commonly, we were given promises to have work carried out, which never happened. After-Sales-Service is virtually non existent. Mr. Bucci makes a big deal of coming out but there is little substance for the followup work to be completed to the satisfaction of the homeowners and what little work was done was substandard.
The Tarion claim for the Common Elements of the Townhouse Corporation has been ignored for nearly two years. Finally, the list of items is being addressed and work is being done. Our feeling is that our persistence has paid off in continuing with these requests over the past two years so he is finally doing the minor work that needs to be done at our townhouse development, which is less than a week's work.
