I have a rental property and had some issues with a burst pipe, which left my property without water due to having to shut off the main line until this issue was resolved. After contacting a couple plumbing company's and being told they would be able to come within 24-48 hrs I came across brothers plumbing. Tony was very helpful and polite and insured me he would have some one out to address and hopefully solve the issue that day. His guys came that day and resolved the issue and had water flowing by dinner time. I was very impressed with the service he provided and as well that his guys left the place tidy and were very helpful. I will be saving the number and calling you for all my future plumbing needs. We had a problem with gradually decreasing water pressure in the house. We asked if someone would come to diagnose the problem. We were told there would be a price for a service call. We said ok, but just in case the plumber can't find the water pressure problem, then we also have a faucet we need replaced. So we would like the faucet replaced. When he came, the guy said that for the water pressure we should call the city about it. About the faucet, it would involve more work than just unscrewing the old one, so it will cost $700. We declined. So we got absolutely nothing but still had to pay for the call.

A couple of years back Brothers Plumbing replaced all our drainage piping leading to city sewers. This major project was lead by Kevin at Brothers. Kevin was friendly, professional and answered all of our questions patiently. The crew that did the work was experienced, exercised diligence, common sense and professional workmanship. I would recommend both Brothers Plumbing and Kevin in a heart beat!

We need a good, honest plumber to keep up with the inevitable repairs that go with cranky old houses and Brothers Plumbing has served us well especially the calm front office people who have held our hands on more than one harrowing occasion from sewage pipe backup clogged from city tree root growth, burst water pipes in recent winters, main valve changes, bathroom installations. The prices are not the least expensive but the price and company are reasonable, they arrive on time , they clean up ,they are polite and care about their work . We'll use them again and again.

A pipe burst in the back addition to my house and my basement flooded. I turned off the water main for the house and called Brothers because their ad was the first I saw in the Yellow Pages. It took three hours for a plumber to arrive, although I don't really blame the company for that as I know they were very busy helping many other people in the same situation. Kevin was professional and seemed competent and efficient. I have no real complaint about the service itself. My one complaint is about the price: $960.50 for about an hour's work. I had another burst pipe back in 2007 and that time whatever company I used sent two plumbers and charged me about $250. Yes, there is such a thing as inflation, but it's not that high, and I got one plumber instead of two. It's outrageous that I should have been charged nearly $1000 for an hour's work by a company located within a few blocks of my house. And I felt very much taken advantage of because I was not in a situation where I could afford to wait and shop around for a better price - I needed to be able to turn the water back on. Though I'm planning on doing a bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room renovation in the next several years, Brothers will not get any of that business from me, and I will not recommend them to anyone. Instead, I'll be looking for a company that charges a fair price instead of extorting as much as they can get from a desperate customer.

Wow, 500 dollars to spend 5 minutes snaking a drain? how do you justify that and not tell people in advance that is how you charge, won't call them again.

We have been customers of Brothers Plumbing for many years and have found them to be professional and thorough. They are very responsive and helpful to all our plumbing concerns.

These guys did 2 small jobs in less than 20 minutes and charged over $550. They messed up the drain pipe on my dishwasher so I needed to hire an appliance repair to do a reinstall. They were unresponsive when I requested compensation for the dishwasher issue. I do not recommend them.
