Closing to avoid paying for new roof?

After reaching out 2x to try to get restitution for shoddy work that caused massive leak and whole new roof - it appears they have closed the business down. Good for the rest of you but bad for me.
Lesson: watch the work being done so you can see they are actually doing what they should be - like ensuring proper substructure. Unbelievable!
