We selected Bravehart Building to Design and Build our dream home in Richmond Hill for our family. They were able to take our existing split level home and turn it into a 3 storey, 3 car garage home, with functions for ourselves, parents and siblings - a multi-generational home!
Now we are at the stage of Excavation and Footings work and very pleased with the rapid progress and Site reports and pictures we receive frequently from Bill Wallace.

With foundations approved, we are ready to move to the next stage. We look forward to the framing portion of the project and have had some fun selecting the final finishes for the exterior to ensure all parts will 'fit' together with relative ease of building.
We thank you for your patience with this process as there are many details to cover and we know that busy clients need appropriate information presented before making final decisions.
There will be plenty more decisions required over the next while and we look forward to sorting out all details, before each stage is required to be built, so that we may stay ahead of the game!
