Brave top roofing faulty warranty coverage

Had Brave Top Roofing install new roof in October 2013 with a five year warranty on labour. December 2017, noticed a leak in our roof that went through our attic and upstairs hallway. Requested Brave Top Roofing to resolve leaking issue. They did not reply to my request which led me to hire another roofing firm to resolve the issue for $650. Issue included loose capping which had to be replaced as nails were lifting. Finally heard back from Brave Top in early April through BBB. They said they would reimburse costs but as of May 10th, still no reimbursement or any reply from Brave Top Roofing
