Contracted Brant Electric to install some lights in an unfinished basement laundry room. They did some good work on the electrical side (it was VERY expensive - $756 for 3 lights and a new outlet for the freezer), but the thing that really annoyed me is they dented our brand new dryer in 4 places... it is not fixable. Rather than use our dryer as a step, they should have moved it and used their ladder. I complained and the owner said they would call the manufacturer to see if they can fix it. There was no follow up. They did not offer to discount their services. Now, every time I enter the laundry room, I'm upset over the condition of our "new" laundry machines, where the defects are now brightly lit.
