Chris Borland has been absolutely fantastic to work with. His attention to detail, fastidious budget management and high standard for quality and job well done make him my contractor of choice on all jobs. All of his sub contractors have been exceptionalthey show up on time, keep the job site clean and are polite, courteous and responsive to our needs.
My wife and I would recommend Chris and his superior team for any general contracting in the Halton area of Ontario. However, be prepared to wait a little his reputation is very good in our area, and word has gotten out! Summer is his busy time (like most contractors) so be prepared for 3-6 wks before jobs are scheduled. Late fall and winter are perfect for indoor renos with Chris as this is his slower time.
Chris has built a beautiful cedar deck for us, finished our basement (complete with a custom 3 piece bathroom that required concrete cutting and full replumb and wire) and installed a new front door.
