Company has a wide selection of products and good quality products.
But reaching their customer service (in-store, online, orby phone ) is almost impossible. Could not reach anyone at the main 800-254-6377 order line. Tried 4 attempts over a one week period with no success. Was immediately put on hold for 10 to 15 minutes, then a recording said I had reached their Quebec manufacturing plant, -then I was disconnected. And once the recording said that they are currently closed, even though it was during regular business hours.
I tried to order online, from the samples the company sent me, but a number of my samples are not available online. And since I could not order by phone, the only remaining 'option' available was to go to a store. I chose the Dufferin Street Store #046.
I ordered three window coverings in store (2 faux wood horizontal blinds for my kitchen, + 1 bedroom blackout blind). After ordering, I needed to phone the store later in the day to confirm the measurements, but was unable to reach anyone there, as no one would answer the phone. I tried calling 3 times over a 48-hour period, but no one at the store ever answered. Eventually, the only way to get my measurements to the store was by email.
Just don't believe this company when they tell you ordering is easy by phone or online! You'll always need to go into a store.
