They were very knowledable about their products, and provided helpful tips, suggestions, and gave feedback on their personal experience with certain blinds. Once we explained what we were looking for and the price range we were hoping, our sales associate provided us with a vairety of products available to suit our needs. Very helpful and reasonably priced for the excellent customer service that is available.
