Blair has completed several interior projects for us and this was the first exterior one: a fence and multi-leveled deck. Our backyard is sloped so we wanted a design that would provide more usable living space than our previous patio. Blair considered and included our requests and created a deck that maximized the space well, using three levels. He also rebuilt the fence on one side using a horizontal pattern, with heights to match the deck levels. This project, as with all previous ones, was competed well within his proposed timeline (even considering this rainy summer weather!), on budget and always with respectful, neat and professional care to neighbour's yards. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blair's work and look forward to working with him again!

It was a pleasure having Blair replace the wooden front steps to our home in June 2014. He arrived right on-time for the quotation visit and provided a reasonable estimate along with advice on the best solution while still keeping our wishes at the forefront. The construction date was actually moved ahead from the original schedule, the work was performed within the exact estimated time frame, Blair gave us advice on timelines for future priming/painting, and we're thrilled with the results. I'd recommend Blair any time with no hesitation!

We have had the pleasure of working with Blair on two projects in our home. Blair created a wonderful design for a built-in cabinet in our basement family room that provided generous bookshelves, cupboards for kids toys and games and an entertainment space for our TV. He was able to join his cabinetry seamlessly with an existing unit in the corner of the room, and it looks like it has always been there! The custom cabinets are beautiful with such great attention to detail and craftsmanship. Blair also renovated the closet in one of our bedrooms, extending it from floor to ceiling with custom doors. He allowed for ample storage above with shelves that can be accessed easily to maximize the use of space. Blair's work is impeccable, of outstanding quality and on both occasions he completed the work on time, on budget and always left the workspace clean. I would highly recommend Blair without hesitation!

Blair designed and built a window seat with hidden storage as well as inset bookshelves on either side of our fireplace in our living room. He was able to match the style and finish of our 90+ year old character home so successfully that most visitors to our home think they are part of the original house. He was pleasant, stuck to his schedule, and has great workmanship. Additionally, he stained all of the wood offsite in his workshop and aired it out so that my young kids would not be exposed to the smell of the stain. This was Blair's own idea and I was very appreciative that he would think of this.

Blair recently built and installed built-in bookcases and a new fireplace mantle and facade in our living room. We are thrilled with the results and the excellent craftsmanship.

Prior to starting the job, Blair removed a stained glass window and then insulated it thoroughly and patched the spot seamlessly even though it was about to be covered up by the bookcases.

Not only is Blair's work beautiful, but he is a pleasure to work with. He is pleasant, replies to emails quickly, arrives promptly and always left everything impeccably clean. We will definitely use him again for future projects and we highly recommend him.

Blair recently completed a fireplace facade and book shelves for me. The existing facade was seriously ugly. I had no idea what to do with the space. Blair drafted designs for me to consider which were all great. The workmanship was amazing. The whole room looks different. Blair arrived on time, completed the work when he said he would and put up with my annoying dog. I would recommend Blair very highly.

Blair recently built several cupboards and closets for our front entrance room. The workmanship is incredible. Every corner and hinge is perfect, he really did a beautiful job. He started and finished the job right when he said he would and for exactly the price he had quoted us. There were some last minute changes that we wanted and Blair was very accomodating and flexible in making the changes. It may seem like a silly thing to add to the review of a workman but he was also a pleasure to have in the house - very respectful of our home and always clean and tidy. I would recommend him to anyone!

Blair made built-in floor to ceiling shelves for my office, and a unit of window seat, drawers and shelves for the living room. He is a creative and problem solving designer with a great sense of style, but also flexibility to respond to the client. His work is of the highest quality. He is fantastic to work with: patient, super efficient and clean. Most impressively, he is always on time--and on budget. He is the only contractor I've worked with I have no hesitation in recommending.

Blair Bailey has done an incredible job of increasing the size of our hallway closet a few weeks ago. Our closet used to be very small (because we couldn't access it completely). The closet had an old and small 1920's door and Blair has essentially doubled the size of the closet and installed sliding doors. We now have doubled the space for storage! Yeah! Blair quoted us a fair price, showed up as scheduled, kept our house clean throughout the renovation (he had to cut through a plaster wall) and completed the work earlier than planned. He has a fantastic attention to detail and obviously loves what he does. We are ready to hire him for the next upgrades on our house. Also, in the last few years Blair redid the roof on our garage and built a railing for our stairs and we loved his work so much we contacted him again for our closet this year. Thank you Blair!
