When we walked into BMG, Agostino cheerfully offered us numerous alternatives to countertops and educated us as to the pros and cons of each product. Never once did he try to do any hard selling. He listened to our needs and made suggestions accordingly. His honesty and professional approach was appreciated and gave us the confidence to trust him. His pricing was very competitive and customer service went above and beyond. We bought our quartz countertop and sink from him. The installers were punctual, neat and very meticulous with their workmanship. We are extremely happy with our overall experience with BMG and have actually recommended them to several of our friends already.

Shopped around and Agostino had one of the best prices and was easy to deal with. Job was done in record time during the busy Christmas period. Somehow a mix up occurred and the large kitchen counter was brought in two pieces but they corrected the error and installed a new one piece counter the next day!

We purchased our new home in October and knew we wanted to renovate the kitchen. Knowing that we were going to need countertops, we started shopping around early. We were referred to Beyond Marble and Granite by a friend of ours and so we reached out to Agostino right away for a quote. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After speaking to him and exchanging a few emails regarding what we were looking for, we went into the showroom. It is a great showroom with a ton of examples and a vast amount of options. We were immediately drawn to one piece of granite and decided that that would be our counter. Agostino went over the measurements with us, the kind of edging we wanted, explained caring for the granite and discussed dates for measurements to be taken. The installer called us a few days before he was supposed to measure, he came on time to measure and a few days later we got a call scheduling our installation. The installers came and were very professional. They layed out a drop cloth to protect our floors and installed quickly and efficiently. We love the end result and look forward to getting our backsplash from Agostino as well. Great job!

We came across BMG at the Improve Home Expo site. Their store rep Angela was extremely friendly and gave great advice on tile selection and matching with reasonable pricing. Her great service was exceeded by Agostino at BMG's Jane St. store. When I ran out of wall tile during installation, Agostino kept me in the loop on delivery and even offered to drive the remaining items to the site so our project would not be delayed.

I've ordered quartz countertops with a double sink for the kitchen stressing the time as an essence. In just a week and a half (4+ weeks from the rest of shops where I shopped for the same) - all got installed. The installation crew came on time and finished all in about an hour (including shop vacuuming at the end). Great customer service at all levels: professional and speedy order intake by Agostino, spotless cut of the quartz slab (originally a seam was stated as unavoidable but they managed to cut all without any seam!) and as a conclusion - flawless installation by the crew (deserving special 'Thank you!'). I would highly recommend 'Beyond Marble and Granite Inc.' to those looking for a well done job.
