I was hoping not to have to write a negative review, I really gave the owners over 2 weeks to at least call to see how they could have given us a better experience? it took the installer over 3 visits, returning the product every time, blaming the workshop for not following the measured instructions. Three times for us to take down our current window coverings and hang them back up, three times to take time off work. Two phone calls were made to express our concerns, asking to hear back from the owner once he returns from his holidays.. they got their money, and no follow up made. We have our product in place, and although our window coverings are "esthetically pleasing", let's just say, they are not the quality we were expecting. We were hoping the owner would have at least called to offer "some incentive" for our inconvenience, I guess this is as far as their "customer service" goes!
