Better Contracting Services came highly recommended by a coworker who had his roof done by them last year. Mike gave a clear estimate and left me feeling confident I had made the right decision to go with his company. Their crew were very organized and did excellent work. My old house never looked better. Ashley, Jason and Andre helped repair a roof that was beyond the warranty period. The roof was installed by Better Contracting more than 10 years ago and with the wind gusts we have had some of our shingles had bent over and blew off. I called them and received highly efficient and polite service from all involved in assessing coordinating and repairing my roof. They are a good team to work with and provide excellent service. When the snow finally melted this spring I discovered some shingles missing from our 12 year old roof. Upon closer inspection we found a small amount of water in our attic. We were familiar with Better Contracting due to their numerous TV appearances so we thought we would give them a try. They did not disappoint. 2 days after our initial phone conversation we met Mike Graves who came to provide an estimate. Very professional and easy to understand(which was nice due to my limited knowledge of roofing).
We gave the ok and the crew showed up 5 days after. Everyone was very courteous and professional. When they left my property was immaculate and my roof looked incredible.

We had many quotes from roofers, Better Contracting was competitive. The guys worked hard and kept everything around the property clean. I was happy the guys working were respectful of the neighbour hood. Nice Job!

Came highly recommended from my parents and brothers. I finally bought my own house a month ago and I knew that these were the only guys to trust. Some might call me stupid for not getting any other quotes, but their reputation says it all.

The estimator Josh was awesome and friendly, explained everything I needed to know. He even made numerous extra trips to bring me shingle samples because I couldn't really make up my mind.

The quality of their workmanship is exactly what I expected- absolutely perfect. The guys finished my roof in a single day and left my property cleaner than they found it (seriously, they saved me from raking the leaves!). No garbage, no nails, no junk left behind..

THis was the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Did not show up for install on 2 occassions even after they confirmed the call and 3rd time came at the wrong time. Do not return calls. Even the person who quoted was 2 hours late. Left a mess on the property.

Mike Graves and Team were absolutely incredible! I am so happy with this project from start to finish! My neighbours were impressed with efficiency and workmanship. The job was completed on time.

I called better contracting after the major rain in may they came out and gave me a quote and they finished the job on time and did a grest job and the customer service was excellent.
