Belyea claims to be the Experts in Heating and Air Conditioning for "older" houses in Toronto. I would completely agree with that claim. They installed a new boiler system and were very well priced compared to their competitors. Many of the trades were not exactly pleasant to deal with. Belyea was highly professional and just plain "nice" throughout the process. The work is tidy and precise. Cleanup was good and they respected my home. The system is working quietly as promised and to date I'm extremely pleased with belyea.
The only complaint is that the salesman (David) needs to be more responsive, I kept having to call him to send the quote as he promised.
