In my business I visit a lot of homes and I'm able to see people's renovations. Once in a while I see bath fitters tubs and surrounds, so I asked the home owner how much. I thought it was a lot at the time. I compared how much to do the work myself and I would have saved about a 1/4 of the cost so I had them in. When I called, the lady who answered was pleasant to talk to. The sales rep showed up on time. He floored my wife with the price. We called back a week later with the go ahead. The installer showed up on time, finished the work on time, yes the tub/wall surround/plumbing was all done in one day (if I did the job it would have taken me a week doing the work when I got home from work). We called about a small leak at the shower sill, and the same installer came by to reseal around the shower door. No fuss, no hassle, everybody said yes. Pleasant overall experience. Now we are finding the water pools along the top edge of the tub along the silicone, and pooling in the corners. The manager came by and saw for himself that there is a problem. They replaced the tub and corrected the issue with no complaints.
Their service is very good.
