The toilet had not been flushing properly for some time, and finally overflowed. We have another bathroom so it was not an emergency. Jack returned my call promptly and came within 2 days - we had told him the problem was not an emergency. On site, he diagnosed the problem immediately. He not only fixed the problem but also advised us how to avoid future recurrence. He was very pleasant and helpful. The cost was very reasonable.
