Our home (bought new 7 years ago) came with a Bamco kitchen. Cabinets were not properly painted. They had to come take them down and respray after just over a year. They were still completely porus, sucked up water (MDF), and were a mess within another year. It's going to cost thousands to repair - kitchen should be more durable.

We worked with a wonderful designer who helped us create what is now a fabulous kitchen. We negotiated a 15% holdback on payment (their terms are full payment before installation) and we are glad we did. The first day of installation there were 2 doors and 3 drawer fronts missing, plus a piece of trim. In fairness, the installer (who was amazing) told us they had been flagged for quality and would be installed when ready. The same day the office called and asked how we would be paying the balance. I said... upon completion. 2 weeks later the 3 drawer fronts, 2 doors and the trim arrived. The drawer fronts were installed as well as one of the doors, but there was a handle missing and the trim piece was the wrong colour. After 2 more weeks, the door and trim were installed and the kitchen was complete. The installer told us that we were entitled to a free adjustment at any time. We decided to wait and see how things were after we had our backsplash installed. When that was done, we called Justin, to have our valence trimmed and reinstalled (early November) and he did the old stall and avoid. In my mind, after sales service is every bit as important as the sale. Maybe someone should tell them. To this day they have not returned my calls or texts.

TERRIBLE customer service! As soon as they have your payment you will not NOT hear back from them to fix any issues. Please think twice before using Bamco.
Do yourself a favour and read the one star Google reviews and responses from Bamco to recognize their condescending tone and disregard for customer care. Some comments close with Bamco telling the reviewer to contact them to solve the issueshaha! This is a joke!!
Good luck getting anyone to call you back, let alone schedule a service appointment where they actually show up and fix their installation mistakes and horrible craftsmanship!

A little bit about our experience:
Unfortunately, we used Bamco for our new build. Not only are the cupboards poorly made but theyre also installed improperly without care. Just slapped up as quickly as possible. Both kitchen and bathroom cabinets are damaged. Nails coming out of side of master bathroom tower cabinet, slider drawers do no work in two kitchen drawers, two different types of handles in master bathroom, cabinetry misaligned in main bathroom so none of the drawers close properly and the cupboard doors scrape on the upper cabinet causing damage when closing them. Trim and sides of cupboards chipped and paint is coming off in multiple places. And the glass cupboard mullions (dividing bars that separate glass panes in the door) are all off center by about an inch, We are so so so disappointed and angry!! Bamco tells customers to contact them to resolve issues but then do nothing. Its just a constant calling and emailing frenzy to have nothing done. Once they have your money they dont care anymore!
We cant believe that in our brand new beautiful home, the cheaply made, improperly installed Bamco cabinets stick out like a sore thumb.

Great results! From an issue with an esthetically unpleasing cupboard door of a new kitchen cupboard installation to the company promptly fixing the deficiency, the new door looks much better.

This company is awful. Read the reviews, either a 5 start or a 1 star, that says it all, take your chances. For us, they installed the wrong counter top and blamed us. I'm pretty sure we new what we picked and you screwed up the codes.

beautiful, stunning kitchen, exactly what I asked for, and know chemical smells, which was a bonus!! love my new kitchen. Came in on time, and designers were very helpful in heling me choose the style that is in and worked well with my layout.

To begin just WOW! Bamco has done such an amazing job not only on my kitchen but my walk in area as well. They pay attention to detail and make everything exactly how you want it. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!! 10/10!!!

We recently completed a kitchen renovation. After looking around for different companies, we decided to go with the Bamco and I couldn't be happier with our choice. Our kitchen is beautiful. The staff was friendly and always available by phone or email to answer all of my questions. I'd recommend them!

I went too Bamco for my kitchen and it was great! I worked with a company that cared about what I needed and stuck to my budget. The project was completed on time and any small service concerns were dealt with quickly. Even a year later we my 10 year olds skate board flew into the island they came back and repaired it for me no charge. I wish more company's treated their clients like Bamco.
