Awful service, placed an order for a new mattress. After 2 weeks was told it was in-stock and ready for delivery. After confirming the delivery date. The day of delivery I get a call, oh the mattress isn't in-stock, someone will contact you Monday. Monday comes no one contacts me, I email them. The following day, they apologize we are waiting for our stock manager to contact us. Following day no one has contacted me. Almost 4 weeks later still no response accept this automated email to review the company . Welp I don't have my mattress after I was told it was instock and ready for delivery, then not in-stock day of delivery. No one has informed me what is going on. So if I could I would rate Bad boy zero for there bad service and bad delivery time and bad excuses.
