I am not very happy with the delivery service from Bad Boy. The arrangement was that they would call me one hour before delivery in order for me to get there and let them in. Instead they called when they arrived and I didn't know. Now they want me to pay $65 for delivery. I have tried to explain this to them but they won't listen. I even said cancel the order but was told that this could not be done. VERY FRUSTRATING
