we came to this store, and bought $6000 for a bedroom set, dining table, mattress, and sofa, almost all new house stuff was purchased from them. at the time of negotiation, we requested them to deliver all items at one delivery day. but then after we paid on full, they told us that mattress is not available now until one month later. my first question, why they didn't tell us when we are considering to buy it, why after all set? otherwise we will not purchase the mattress. and they convenience us to deliver today only for the dinning table and sofa, so we take one day off, but in morning, we have emergency must step out for one hour, i am afraid that they will come in that hour, so i called the delivery department to see if they can go other destination first, and come back. the Delivery department line was keeping me waiting for 30 minutes, and the answer is no, ask me to call store to reschedule. so i called store to reschedule, the rep was really rude, i haven't explain my purpose of call and haven't given her any information about our sales bill, she said you need to call delivery department, i told her the delivery department asked me to call store, and then she didnt even listen to me, and said we cannot stop the driver, we cannot reschedule. then she hung up on me, i called back again with patience to explain to her that we understand that it cannot come today, then lets reschedule another day, then she still really rude said, $100 for reschedule!!! i don't understand why after sale customer service was so bad, because we paid in full, and cannot be refunded??? and need to pay whatever they need us to pay for extra? so far, our stuff hasn't been delivered yet, and we paid $6000 for those. cannot image if there is damage, how they going to deal with, so regret to purchase furniture from bad boy!!
