Closed my pool and sent two moonlighting firemen who claimed the track for the pool cover was installed upside down. They didn't know how to install the cover. Backyard customer service standard does not rise to the expectation. Do not use them!!! They have a technician (James) who is a great asset but he's not an asset if you can't them to return your voice messages to schedule him. They have lost my business - even for chemicals.
