Joey inspected the furnace, changed all the filters, installed a new thermostat and ensured the work was all done to code. Since this is our first home, it was great to have someone come in, inspect and clean up the HVAC and to give us the maintenance schedule to take care of the rest ourselves. He also gave us the run down on the HEPA air filter system we have, the duct cleaning needs for the home, running the furnace and AC for energy efficiency and how to find the filters and change them ourselves anytime. Joey visited twice for the total cost of appx $650.

BTU installed a high-efficiency furnace in our home after the old oil furnace was removed. We've had a few contractors examine the furnace since (duct cleaners, inspector, energy auditor) and they have all commented on the quality work that was done. It's kept us warm for 2 years - so far, so good!
