Your team operates with the utmost professionalism and I must comment particularly about Barb. who showed such proactivity and genuine concern for her customers from the first day of my interaction with your company. Barb anticipated any questions I might have continuously kept me informed about the next steps and was always available to help. We reported a leak before the job was scheduled to begin and Barb ensured that someone was available the next day to put a temporary fix in place. She is truly an asset to your company.
As well the roofers, led by John, were prompt and reliable and took great care to protect my property while the job was being done.

The follow-up inspection was preformed by Kas who was engaging and showed genuine interest to ensure that the job was done well and to your standards.

Further to your note within our invoice, I am writing to share my thoughts. First I want to say thank-you for agreeing to do the job. Many roofing companies declined due to the upcoming winter season.
Overall we are very happy. Your men were professional, communicated well and managed our expectations. they came prepared with good equipment, seemed organized and worked hard for two days. They encountered a few unforeseen obstacles such as a damaged chimney, which slowed their pace, but kindly took it in stride. I am grateful for their flexibility in a last minute change on the installation of vents. Finally, several inspection visits by the foreman was very much appreciated.
When the invoice arrived, I was pleased to see "no surprises" and that you upheld your original pricing agreement. The only negative experience were as follows:

1) In the beginning communication was disappointing. we thought that since you had our deposit, the job was in motion. Then I learned that while we were waiting to hear from you, you were waiting to hear from us. We missed a few places in queue due to this miscommunication, causing a regrettable delay.

Barb, (very friendly) informed me that our voicemail was full and there was no answer on my brothers cell when she called, so I do take part of the blame. She explained that the process requires an initial phone conversation for the job to be "a go" . She followed up a few times to let me know our place in queue.

2) While the backyard was cleaned up well, the parking spot where the rubbish bin stood contained nails. My brother collected at least two dozen before buying a magnetic sweeper. He bought plywood on which to park for the rest of the winter. He phoned requesting clean up of the nails but was told to wait until Spring.

Nevertheless, I give Avenue Road Roofing a rating of 10/10

This is in response to your invitation to comment on your companies performance in supplying and installing new soffits,fascia and eavestroughing on our house in late March.
In a word, your service was excellent. The staffer who set up the appointments, the estimator P.G. and the installers were all very professional. It snowed on their second day, Friday and they worked on Saturday instead of putting it off until Monday; I felt that showed dedication to getting the job done promptly. Moreover, the quality of their work was top notch.
I shall have no hesitation in again recommending Avenue Road Roofing to others as I have done in the past.

We had our 18 year old roof replaced about a month ago. Paolo did a great job explaining the process during the quote process, and while the quote wasn't the cheapest we received, it was reasonable. Everything was done when promised, the crew was professional and courteous. The office staff were patient when handling our administrative questions, and didn't cause a fuss when I was out of town and unable to pay the invoice until my return a week later. My only complaint would that they were a bit slow to remove the dumpster once they were finished (it sat in our driveway for a few days - they finished on Friday afternoon and it wasn't picked up until Monday).

The crews who completed the work on my house were outstanding. Great workmanship and they seemed to work tirelessly. I realize how difficult a job it was with so much to remove. The gutters also look great.

Also – Paolo Galloro who did our quote did a fabulous job explaining the process. I was also impressed at how thorough his quoting process was, and how he caught the fact that there were 5 layers of shingles on our main roof. He is the reason we chose Avenue Road to complete the work. Another company who quoted never even went on the roof and were gone in ten minutes. I was not impressed with them at all!

I would recommend your company without hesitation.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your crew for the excellent service and work with respect to the roof leak. In particular, I thank you for coordinating with Northern Energy who repaired the stack - or rather reinstalled it correctly. I have kept the pictures you sent - absolutely amazing - even more amazing, that it did not cause a problem earlier, especially during this past winter when access to the roof would have been impossible due to the ice pack surrounding the house.

The manufacturer of Glad Bags should probably advertise that their product is stronger and rain proof than the original builder stack installation. I did not think the temporary solution would hold, but it was removed intact and further served as a garbage bag.

I was very pleased with the attention to detail and continued high end service pre / post my payment for work performed on my flat roof. The owner is hands on in his approach to managing the business and was easy to reach in the event of issues. Overall, i would recommend this company for both their quality of work and ongoing customer care.
