So far these people have been very professional. Kathleen on the phones is polite, accurate and helpful. John provided a reasonable estimate and now we just wait for the weather to cooperate.

Avenue Road shingled our roof 25+ years ago and there was
no question that we would use them again. The quality of the work was impeccable and the job completed on time as promised.
During the project, We were constantly asked about our satisfaction by the shinglers who were very accommodating, friendly and tidy. We have no reservations whatsoever in highly recommending Avenue Road Roofing. 10 of out 10!

City require reworking of my eavestroughs and down spouts. Avenue Road showed up on time and completed the job within their estimate. However the revisions caused additonal unforseen problems. When I contacted Avenue Road they showed up made further changes at no additonal charge and went above and beyond expectations in standing behind their work. I am a very satisfied customer and will use their services again.

Did a good job. We had a small issue with water dropping and making noise afterwards. They send a person over to correct it.
Tony tilted the down-spout slightly and now... no more noise.

I contacted Avenue Road Roofers with regards to a warranty maintenance repair. The warranty had ended. They sent Burgess there who was very polite. He repaired and checked the roof and sealed at no charge for my elderly mom. She was very grateful for the great service and kindness. Thank You Burgess, Rob & Doug.

I'd initially contracted with M&R Roofing - as they by far had the most reasonable quote. 2.5months went by and I didn't hear a peep from them, they never returned my calls or emails to confirm when they were coming! So in the end I went with ARR - my middle quote. Excellent service - always responsive - came within 7 days of contracting with them - guys were super professional, did lovely job. I would recommend A.R.R. for any roofing job you may have. Tyson Froese provided an estimate and was very professional and helpful with providing a variety of options to work with within our budget. He was also very prompt with returning emails responding to any questions i had throughout the process. We had the shingles, flat roof and all aluminum work done and we couldn't be happier with the end result. A.R.R. completed the job exactly to our expectations and I would recommend them to anyone for any roofing needs.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The sales person was nice and knowledgeable. Work was very well coordinated and professionally executed. Customer service was just great: clarified all the steps before and answered all the questions.
The site was kept clean during the work. All garbage was promptly removed. Only the new roof on top is proof that something has changed.

Quality work backed by years of warranty: as a customer, I cant think of anything else to wish for.
