After a great experience with the roof and gutters on our house, I hired Avenue Road Roofing to install flashing and gutters on a Garden Shed. They did an excellent job. This year, at the end of January, we had a bad ice storm and a piece of the flashing fell down. This was very unusual and should not have happened, so I contacted Tony. He remembered the job and said he would make it right. In less than a week, someone came and replaced the broken flashing (in the middle of winter!). There was no mess and it looks as if no one was ever there. Thanks Tony! Avenue Road Roofing stands behind their work. Its a pleasure to work with a company who not only provides a guarantee for all their work, but follows up as well. I would recommend Avenue Road Roofing for roofing and aluminium work without hesitation.

Last year, we installed a new roof via Avenue Road Roofing. Great service at the time. Approximately nine months later, we thought we had a leak. Cas and Tony came out within 24 hours on a Saturday morning. It turns out we had some raccoon damage no fault of Avenue Road Roofing. Nonetheless, Cas and Tony repaired the damage.

Avenue Road roofing was hired to recover both sides of our semi-detached roof. We shared the cost with our neighbour. From the initial estimate to the finished job we could not have been happier. The estimator used a drone to inspect the roof and determine that one layer of shingles would be sufficient to recover the single existing layer of shingles. The work was done sooner than expected and completed in one day. The crew was first rate and did an excellent job including cleaning up afterwards. Thanks to Phil who did the initial estimate and Blake who supervised the installation. Highly recommended.

Ice damming caused a leak from the roof. Shingles had to be removed and a flat roof was replaced.

My parents roof has had a small chronic leak over the last 10 years, even though they had a new roof installed and several patches by various roofers, none of whom appeared to know what they were doing. When the leak became worse after a major storm this summer, we decided to get quotes on a new roof. We called three of the top roofing companies in Toronto to quote on the project, one of which provided a quote without even going up on the roof or sending up a drone to inspect the roof! Although the quote presented by Matthew, the consultant from Avenue Road Roofing, was not the least expensive, his professionalism, honesty, knowledge, and friendly, down-to-earth manner inspired our confidence. Whenever I contacted him, he always responded promptly and took the time to address all of our questions and concerns. Blake, the project coordinator was also really amazing, promptly responding to my emails and calls. He contacted me immediately and since the project would not start for a few weeks, he arranged for a temporary repair to hold us in case there was any heavy rain prior to the start date. In order to provide the least disruption for the roof replacement, Blake also arranged for a larger crew for the project. They arrived on time and worked really hard throughout the day and even into the evening, completing the project in one day. The team members were very courteous, protected our property, and were respectful of our neighbours. They did a top notch job!

I was so impressed with the workmanship on my parents roof that I called Matthew to do an inspection of the roof on my house, which was replaced about 12 years ago by another company. I wasnt confident in the work as we had experienced a leak around our chimney which was repaired by a chimney company last year when the other roofer would not come back to do the repair. Matthew did an inspection and reported that everything looked good. Im fairly certain that some other roofing company representatives would have told me that we needed some work done. When the time comes that our roof does need replacement or repairs, I will only need to make one call...to Avenue Road Roofing.

Avenue Road Roofing came to replace 3 downspouts of my home. The team did a great job and cleaning up afterwards. Aron has been very generous with his time in offering thoughts and ideas, and has also been very responsive. I was considering getting the team to help with a new project but Aron offered his view that the job is not worth doing from my perspective. Reflects that company does keep the customer's interest in mind. Tony is another great member in their team, and quick to come touch up on things I was seeking help on.

Aron of Avenue Road Roofing came to our scheduled appointment on time for consultation of eavestrough repair/replace consultation. He provided a very courteous and professional opinion after a thorough inspection of my eavestrough system. Most of all, he was very honest without all the sales pitch attitude. Aron is the guy to call when dealing with this company. I dealt with him on a previous occasion and he did not disappoint. I wish that my dealings with all trades people is as pleasant and professional as my dealings with Aron.

I would not recommend using Avenue Road. The process of getting the job done was a fight, and I am not left satisfied concerning how the whole project was handled.
