When my store first opened, we were approached by Atlas Alarms and decided to go with them. They charged us all the money upfront. They didn't even give us a new system, we had to use the old outdated system from the stores previous occupants. Two months later they kept sending us a bill for $30.00 for one month AFTER our service was supposed to end. Who charges you for January, when your contract ends in December? A few months later we switched companies and they haven't even called to find out why. Guess they don't care enough?
