We decided to chose Atlas because their monthly payment was decent and they informed us that they could use our existing system. Our primary concern was that we were to be monitored for fire and this was told to Atlas several times.
The alarm started chirping shortly after it was installed and setup. Service tech on the phone says to just unplug until they can get a guy out.
Tech comes out and can not get the system to work with our existing equipment. The only way is to upgrade at a cost of around $500+. We say no thank you. Alarm is disconnected. Myself and the manager agree to void the contract since they could not deliver the services as promised.
We continued to receive bills for the 2 months of monitoring. Called the manager and he said he would deal with it.
Months later we are still receiving bills from Atlas. We try to contact the manager several times and he does not return our calls.
Finally reach the supervisor for at least the second time and he explains it will be dealt with.
1 year later we are being hassled by a collections agency for $200!
