Company is very eager to install new equipment in your house and sign you up for a maintenance contract. The equipment works very well but the customer service is quite poor. They never called me for my spring service visit, even though they happily take money out of my account every month so when I called them in early May they offered a mid-June appointment. I was not pleased with this since they are supposed to call me early spring to set something up so then they offered me an early-June appointment. At 4:30 pm the day before my appointment they emailed to cancel and offered me a mid-June appointment instead. I have had other disappointing customer service interactions. The company has become too big to care about all of its customers.
