Mark did a full renovation on my first floor which included removal of interior walls, installation of a load support beam, refacing of a fireplace, flooring, kitchen, pot lights, miscellaneous electrical, construction of new entrance vestibule and a new 2-piece bathroom. Along the way, he was able to repair a 2nd floor joist at minimal extra cost to me and then also stayed beyond the finish date of the original renovation to re-do my second floor bathroom when we found that the floor underneath the bathtub was rotted through.
