I bought my kitchen table from Arrrow Furniture and I love it, it goes so nice with my kitchen, the colour is perfect, Since I live in a Condo townhouse I am limited to space and the table opens up and becomes double the size for when I have family over. Very happy with the table and chairs.

Terrible...Terrible...place to shop. I just finished buying an expensive dresser at Arrow in Brampton...it arrived and was damaged. I called right away and of course there was nothing they could do. Worse customer service I ever dealth with...TAKE MY ADVISE....NEVER SHOP AT ARROW!!!!! I now have to wait 6 days for a technician to come to my house and tell me it is broken. The worse part is th...e technician will be there between 12 noon and 8pm so I have to take a day off work to have a piece of junk looked at. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE....THERE IS NONE.....I have never had an experience like this anywhere. The only thing I am happy about is that this happened now as I have 5k in my pocket and my wife and I was going in tonight to buy a dining room table. Arrow will never see me again!!!!!! I will be publishing this anywhere and everywhere I can.

We had read many bad stories from many companies but only can tell you of the good experience we had at Arrow Furniture. Furnishing a new home can be daunting at first. Its one less thing to worry about when moving into a new home. Even their service department handled a minor issue in a timely manner. After doing our research and reading many reviews we finally made our decision to buy from Arrow Furniture. From the experience at the store until the drivers left our house we had nothing but excellent service.

The store was decorated beautifully and the selection was huge. A friend recommended that I check it out Arrow Furniture. What a great surprise! I was able to pick out a living room furniture that I loved. If you haven't ever been to an Arrow Store your really missing out. The staff was very knowledgeable and I did not feel the high pressure that I often get at furniture stores. They actually called me before arriving. The delivery staff was very professional and arrived within the 3 hour timeframe that I was given. Best prices that I have seen around and I had been looking for many months.

A comfortable, low priced yet quality sofa, a couch, was what we were looking for. We visited Arrow Furniture. After a brief walk and examining, through all the selections there, we were finally able to purchase one – a reliable, high quality, low priced Sofa for our new home. We have been searching for one, for weeks. We were enthralled with our purchase! We would definitely recommend about this to others!

We attended at the Arrow Furniture store on Brampton at Queen St/Kennedy Rd in August 2011. We purchased four tables for our family room(2), rec room, and livingroom. We were told the items would be available in two weeks and one table at the end of September. We got a call three weeks later to adise that three of the items were in and my wife went there to pick them up. Two tables were in boxes (to be assembled) and a small coffee (end) table was wrapped up in plastic not in a box. Upon inspection she notied that the table was scratched and some scratches were covered up with marker to hide them. When confronted the store manager and the salesperson advised that he we had indicated we wanted the "floor model" and they proceeded to show the invoice in which it was handwritten that that's what we wanted. Only problem is we didnt want the floor model and our invoice did not reflect the "handwritten" changes. The saleperson even tried to insist that thats what we asked for. Needless to say my wife was irate and they took the table away. They would order us a new coffee table(end).
Last week we got a call to say our last table was in, the one that was suppose to be there in September!
We went to pick it up today and the smaller coffee table (end) wasnt there. we asked for a refund and were told they couldnt give us, but a store credit. We demanded the refund and were denied. My wife spoke to the store manager and then the General Manager for the area and he assured her that he would make out a cheque for the amount and we would have it next week. He even went to so far as to say that they don't offer refunds at the store as the store employees have been taking the money. Comforting thought!!
I am not betting on getting the money from Arrow Furniture and the last thing I can say is NEVER, EVER WILL I OR SHOULD ANYONE ELSE EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ARROW FURNITURE.
Customer Service is existent during the initial sale, but after there is none.

What a great store Arrow Furniture has in Mississauga I can't wait for my whole house full of furniture to be delivered. Jeff the manager was great my wife and I are so happy, what a deal we got. Almost 50% less then some of the other stores we had visited. I agree with all the other reviews, furniture shopping is tough but Jeff at Arrow Furniture in Mississauga made it easy. GO SEE THE GANG AT ARROW FURNITURE IN MISSISSAUGA!!!

I needed two bright red chairs. Arrow staff at the Brampton location had them covered for me and the cushions to match. I needed also a round table that can seat six people. It had to be glass and metallic. Nobody had one except for arrow. They gave me a discount and dates for delivery. They were expert and friendly and best of all, that was almost four years ago and the furniture they sold me is as good as new and gets rave reviews from any guests that come to my house. Arrow is definitely the place to shop.
