Excellent Customer Service and products
I alongwith my family visited Arrow's Scarborough show room. Our sales rep was Richard. He is such a nice guy who explains everything in detail. He talks with you like a family member. We bought a bed room set for our son. We again visited to see the recliner sofa set for our living room and there we met Jason who is a regional sales manager. He is also very nice man, he explained in detail about different sofa sets that we shortlisted. With his explanation, it was very easy to compare several products available at the show room. We asked so many questions and responded all of them professionally. Finally we bought the recliner set as well. Both Richard and Jason are extremely outstanding persons. Our furniture has yet not arrived but I am sure the overall service which is so far very good will remain the same.
