Saved my house deal from falling through
Pierre saved the day! I was in the middle of a home inspection when I called Aquaseal. I was finalizing a deal on a house I absolutely adored, and the home inspector came across a crack in the foundation. I was crushed to hear it was serious and could be structural damage. My real estate agent had worked with Pierre before and called him right away to get an expert opinion. He came within 30 minutes to the house to inspect the crack. He immediately put my mind at ease and confirmed it was not structural and totally fixable by him and his team. He continued to inspect the rest of the foundation and offered to fix another issue (which had been done by another company and had failed). Both would come with a 25-year warranty.
Pierre was professional, accurate and a really great guy. He has over 20 years’ experience and I have already recommended him to my brother and my parents. He will be back to fix the foundation issue a day after I move in. I couldn’t be happier with the service and I get to enjoy my new home, thanks to Pierre and Aquaseal!
