Well, unfortunately...and fortunately I used Aquaseal's services again, this time in a different area of the basement that also has grading and drainage issues. We are about to refinish the basement and put down new flooring and needed to address a leak behind the drywall. A plumbing company that was in doing some work for me offered to repair my wall but Pierre had educated me enough previously to know enough not to be comfortable with what they were recommending. I called Pierre, sent him some photos and had a phone call to discuss options. I had a window well drainage issue, foundation cracks and rod hole leaks and decided to put in a membrane wall and trench drain. He worked me in first thing the next morning during a very busy time of year (spring thaw). He and Joseph got right down to business taking down the drywall and studs, breaking open the concrete floor, installing the membrane wall and trench and re-concreting and cleaning up. Quick, efficient and professional once again. Thanks Pierre & Joseph! Hopefully the last of my leaks!
