I purchased a dryer, washer & dishwasher, I live in a condo & gave them the hours for deliver, they made it just in time, but not with the dish washer. I also requested two delivery guys because the dryer had to be lifted onto a stand, one delivery came who could not lift the dryer, I had to call them to send another mechanic because the first one had numerous installation problems. I waited an hour for the second mechanic who did not come & had to wait another half hour for someone to finally come. We had hoses that were too short, kits that were not ordered. The delivery guy also had attitude regarding taking away the old appliances which I arranged with the sales person would be picked up by a friend the delivery guy insisted it was his to do what he wanted with, once he removed it from my premises I warned him I would charge him with theft if he removed them from the premises. Not recommending this company to my friends.
